Clinic in Phillips Opens for Business

(Phillips) On June 29, Memorial Health Center’s new primary care clinic location in Phillips welcomed its first patients. Like Memorial Health Center’s other primary care clinic locations in Gilman, Medford, Prentice, and Rib Lake, this clinic provides health care for the entire family.
 
The 3,800-square-foot clinic is located at 625 Peterson Avenue in Phillips, near the existing Aspirus Pleasant View health care campus. It is open five days a week – Monday through Friday, and is accepting new patients and appointments.
 
The clinic provides radiology and lab services, minor procedures, well-child exams, preventive health services, and Department of Transportation (DOT) exams.
 
Construction of the clinic began just over six months ago in December 2009. Binder Ghidorzi Architectural Services was the project architect and Huotari Construction was the general contractor.
